COVID-19 Safety Policy and Precautions

COVID-19 | Safety Measures | THERAPY | WIMBLEDON | UK

I am committed to support you through the COVID-19 pandemic taking all the necessary precautions to minimise any risk of cross infection.

I understand that for some people may be difficult to engage in online therapy for different reasons such as lack of privacy in their homes or simply because they find more helpful the option of face to face therapy.

the safety measures I have in place

  • I will ask you to arrive at the exact time of your appointment to avoid waiting in the waiting area.

  • I will ask you to bring and wear your own face mask at all times.

  • I will ask you to wash your hands on entering and leaving the clinic.

  • I will provide antibacterial hand sanitiser gel.

  • All surfaces (e.g. chairs, tables, door handles, light switches, etc) will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each appointment.

  • I will ask you to let me know immediately If you have been in contact with anyone who has a cough, temperature or a loss/change to sense of smell or taste. Further, in the event you exhibit signs of infection you must inform me immediately and we will cancel your appointment.

  • I will ask you to let me know if you have been asked to self-isolate since the beginning of the pandemic, as well as inform me on possible risk factors (e.g. pre-existing health conditions) that might put yourself at risk, also considering the travelling to and from the clinic.

  • I will ask you to inform me if you have travelled to Countries where quarantine is required by the Government, which can be found on the NHS website. In that case, we will need to postpone your appointment by 14 days.
